This huge building, Head office of the Chilean Congress, was built in 1988 by the Chilean architects Juan Cárdenas, José Covacevic and Raúl Farrú. It is divided into two wings, one corresponding to the Senate Chamber and the other to the Deputies Chamber, where the laws of the Chilean Republic are announced. In its library you can find cuttings of the press, monographs, collections of newspapers of the sessions in the Congress since 1811, data base and much more.
